I have been with Lakeshore Foods for 7 years. I am currently the Specialty Foods Buyer and the Demo Coordinator.
I love finding out about new products, new trends, and especially, meeting and talking with customers- hearing about thier favorite recipes, stories, and what new foods they have heard about and want to try. I love a challenge! When I get a request for a new item, I do my best to bring it into our stores. Chances are, they aren’t the only one who is looking for the item and they help me bring in the items customers want to see in their stores. So, customers are a great resource for me!
